VOCAL TRAINING WORKSHOP

Based upon the teachings of the Functional Voice Training Method

Aimed at stimulating participants to take up Voice Training with pleasure and comfort.

To facilitate comfort (effortless and pleasant singing) and vocal efficiency (optimal vocal performance) it is fundamental to modify and coordinate those systems that influence on the vocal folds (cords): postural system; respiratory system; vocal tract (space defined by the mouth cavity, pharynx and larynx representing our resonator and articulator) and the larynx muscles. This coordination enables the singer to have access to the emotions and expression of his voice. Thus, interpreting any piece of music becomes a pleasant experience.

María Elía takes regular voice training courses with Professor Eugene Rabine in Germany and in Buenos Aires with Elisa Viladesau and Roxana Peralta, both of them Certified Rabine Teachers. Since 2003 she has been attending various workshops and specialty courses with a view to further her knowledge of the Rabine Functional Voice Training Method:

Master classes in Buenos Aires with Prof. Eugene Rabine (2011, 2012 and 2013) and Renata Parusell (2005) Certified Rabine Teacher in Germany.
